Policies
The Clarke House Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Our reservation and cancellation policies:

• A deposit of 50% is requested to confirm a reservation.

• The remaining 50% is due upon check-in.

• In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be returned provided we are notified at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, less a $25. processing fee. If less than 14 days, deposit may be used toward another visit within 6 months provided we can rebook the canceled reservation.

• Rates/Policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events

• Check-in 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM.

• The Clarke House is a smoke free property. A $250.00 Cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if found in violation of this policy. Smoking is allowed in designated outside areas.

• We are sorry that we cannot accommodate pets. We do have cats but they are kept only in innkeepers quarters.

• Well behaved children are welcome.
